February Homework for
Science
Greetings
Families!
We have been studying about our changing
night sky. Most of our studies have been focused on the moon. For the month of
February, I am asking that children observe the moon. Of course, not every
night is necessary or possible. Choose 18 days to look up at the night sky,
around bedtime maybe, and check out the moon. Then go to your recording papers
and sketch what the moon looks like that night, write the date and time. If it
is cloudy or stormy you should skip that night or check our school’s web page
under first (www.ceshome.com) where the
current moon is displayed. If you have any questions, please ask. This packet
is due February 28th.
Thank
you,
Mrs.
